To explore the mountains, valleys and villages of the picturesque Eastern Townships by car, three distinct routes await you. Embark on the 418 km Townships Trail and travel through towns dotted with 19th century Victorian homes, distinctive round barns, covered bridges and glorious churches. Trek past the highest mountain peaks in southern Quebec with an excursion along the 157 km Summit Drive. Drink in the incredible panoramic vistas. Meander through 15 quaint communities and, along the way, take a break to go for an invigorating hike. Enjoy a vintage day while winding along the 132 km Wine Route. Your journey will take you through seven of the most beautiful villages and hamlets in Quebec, and past the greatest concentration of vineyards in the province. Stop for a wine tour and a tasting. Linger over lunch, and enjoy a rosé and a gorgeous mountain view.
