The Foodie’s Dream Spot

  • 87 acres of estate to explore
  • 03 storey manor house
  • 18-hole championship golf course

See, smell, touch and taste - live a foodie's dream where you can pick fresh organic garden produce with your chef to prepare for dinner. Work up an appetite on a walk to Chamcook Mountain and bask in panoramic views of the Fundy Isles. Return to a gourmet feast; perhaps succulent salmon fresh from the Bay of Fundy, Chanterelle mushrooms you gathered from the slopes behind the inn, hand-picked fiddleheads or those heirloom tomatoes you couldn't stop eating as you swapped recipes with chef. At bedtime snuggle in your featherbed, wondering if tomorrow you’ll choose more garden time, a stroll through the estate’s meadow, time at the pool or a round of golf.

Why you should visit

  • Revel in the deliciousness of knowing you helped choose and harvest ingredients for this meal of seasonal, wild and organic delights.
  • After dinner, slip onto the veranda overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay for a nightcap—perhaps a cocktail your chef (and host) has created—and nibble on artisan cheese, handcrafted in the region.
  • Enjoy a game of golf on the 18-hole course at the nearby Fairmont Algonquin resort or set off for a number of nature or culture based adventures.
